About Our NDIS Service

Our Supported Independent Living provides NDIS participants the opportunity to live the way they choose as independently as possible.

 Assistance for participants to implement their plan by strengthening the ability to connect with the broader systems of supports and understand the purpose of the funded supports and participate in the community. 

  Assistance for participants with a disability living alone in their own home, living with family or other people to make your life easy and comfortable when undertaking social, recreational, educational or employment activities or during holidays away from home with assistance and supervision of personal tasks of daily life. 

 Traveling can be a major challenge for individuals with disabilities, as it often presents numerous obstacles. If you're concerned about a loved one's ability to travel, there's no need to worry any longer. With us, traveling will no longer be a problem for individuals with disabilities. 

Our registered nurses provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and monitoring of vital signs.

Our professional workers provide participants with daily personal activities to enable them to live autonomously within their homes or shared living arrangements. This support category covers a wide range of activities tailored to the individual needs of the participant. 

We aims to enhance the social, economic, and community engagement of NDIS participants through innovative support methods. The goal is to develop skills and create opportunities that encourage participants to connect with their communities in meaningful ways.

Our experienced team provides our client for their household tasks that they can’t perform at their own such as house cleaning, garden maintenance, meal preparation, and house maintenance. Our service allows us to deliver consistent, high quality in-home support or community access services for people with a disability.

We organise social, community, and recreational activities for our clients. We believe that participation in these activities enhances mental and physical well-being, boosts self-fulfillment, improves communication skills, and builds confidence.
